Mapping relationships with the Leadership Team
Today we met with the senior leadership team at Walker. The objective, to gather as much information as we could about the critical relationships between people that make the school work. The team worked in pairs to map the people, groups and organisations that they have a relationship with and then to think further about those they weren't directly involved with but saw as important. We evaluated each relationship and were able to use the map that we created to begin to identify ways to support these valuable relationships though the design of systems and things.
