Website to be launched to the staff and students at Walker next week
Deputy Head Mr. Collier is to launch the ournewschool.org/walker site in assembly next week, beginning the process of involving staff, students and the wider community in this virtual space which will form a vital part of designing with the school.
This site is intended to keep all those involved and interested in the the project informed, and to offer a space for participation in the design process. After all, no-one knows the school better than the people who are there every day!
The site will grow as the project progesses through its four stages: Discovery, Generation, Synthesis and Enterprise and will be presented as part of the Dott 07 Festival in Newcastle in October. But its growth depends on you - the people involved! We want to invite people from the school and wider community to help make this project a success!
