Exhibit Phase

Telling the story and making the case for how design can be used to tackle problems and generate innovative solutions

OurNewSchool is part of a collection of design projects happening in the North East this year. The plan is to bring all of the projects together at a public design festival that will run for two weeks in October and to show how design can make a positive difference to our daily lives. The EXHIBIT phase of the project is all about planning and putting together what we want to share with the public about our project.

Most of this may happen over the summer holiday but there will still be things to do at the start of the new school year. It would be great to create a small exhibit at school before the end of this school year.

Things that we'll have at the end of this phase:

Stories told by those who have been involved about the solutions that were designed.

All of the drawings that we will have made.

Pictures showing our design process. Including this website which we hope will be full of words and pictures by October.

It would also be fun to build a project space in the exhibition and spend some time working and continuing with the project
